I want to say today during my whole days reflection about this. The purpose of all of this is about change. It isn’t about winging or being unappreciative.
The purpose in speaking out is to ignite change and an investigation. This isn’t just about the current government in power. These issues are systematic and need looking into as what is actually occurring at Toowoomba Base Hospital. There were multiple governments in power. This was for over a decade in my experience.
I can attest that there were shining stars within the time I was seen there. Great medical staff which listened and seemed to be up and coming. It seemed to me however after their time at Toowoomba Base Hospital they were out of there like a bat out of hell.
